|  We wanted to let you know a little about our home buying experience with our agent Hollie Pakulla. It was a very emotional and trying process that we had to go through to find what we wanted, but we could not have imagined going through it with anyone other than Hollie, and the process was well worth the ride of all the emotional highs and lows.
We managed to take Hollie to just about every county in the state of Maryland and into about every home ranging from townhomes to single families. Hollie was amazing! When she said in our first meeting that she would always be available, she meant it! She always answered our calls or emails and when she couldn't, she returned our messages promptly. The most important thing we wanted you to know was how honest she was with us. She never pushed us into a decision even though I am sure her patience with our 10 month search may have worn thin. She just as fast told us not to consider a home if it had problems as she would suggest a home that met most, if not all, our needs. She was nothing short of amazing to us. Hollie kept our needs and wants first and maybe more than she should have. We absolutely loved out experience with Hollie, from her optimism to straight forward answers.
